The Stryker 81033 TITAN Surgical Implant is a pre-shaped, porous polyethylene (Medpor®) implant designed for orbital reconstruction, specifically targeting the orbital floor and wall. Part of the MEDPOR TITAN® Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Implant System, this patient-specific geometry implant measures approximately 41 mm x 42 mm with variable thickness (0.5–0.6 mm), making it ideal for bridging bone defects resulting from trauma, congenital deformities, or tumor resection.

Made from biocompatible, rigid porous polyethylene, the implant allows for fibrous tissue ingrowth and vascularization over time, promoting long-term stability and integration without degradation. Its lightweight structure mimics natural bone support while resisting resorption. The open-pore architecture supports wound healing and reduces the risk of infection compared to metal or non-porous alternatives.

Engineered for precise anatomical fit in complex orbital anatomy, reducing intraoperative shaping time and improving surgical efficiency. Can be trimmed or contoured as needed using standard surgical instruments. Radiolucent for clear post-op imaging.
