DeRoyal Polyderm Border Foam Dressing 4″ 46-908

The DeRoyal 46-908 is a 4-inch diameter, round, sterile foam dressing featuring a Polyderm™ Border with a stretchable fabric tape for sensitive skin.

It is designed without a film backing and is non-adhesive. This dressing is highly absorbent and effective in managing moderate to heavily exudating wounds. Made of non-adherent, lint-free polyurethane foam, it provides a thick, soft, comfortable, and conformable cushion. The fenestrated (with an opening) design further aids in drainage and air circulation. This dressing is ideal for painful wounds requiring protection and cushioning, and it protects granulating tissue to promote effective healing. It is packaged with 10 dressings per box and 5 boxes per case.
