The DeRoyal NE7702-72 is a small-sized knee support designed with an open patella.

Constructed from 1/8-inch neoprene, it provides warmth, compression, and support to the knee joint. The open patella design enhances patient comfort and allows for better range of motion. This support can be used on either the left or right knee. It’s indicated for various conditions, including Grade I collateral ligament sprains, knee sprains and strains, osteoarthritis, mild joint effusion, Baker’s cyst, bursitis, and tendonitis. The small size fits thigh circumferences from 15.5 to 18 inches, measured 6 inches above the mid-patella.
