Halyard 48773 is a box of 100 PUREZERO* PURPLE NITRILE* exam gloves in medium (M) size and a violet-blue (often described as purple) color. These 9.5-inch long, powder-free, and natural rubber latex-free gloves are an excellent choice for healthcare professionals, EMS, and ER staff requiring proven barrier protection against bacteria, blood-borne viruses, and chemicals during procedures with moderate to high risk of fluid exposure. They offer maximum coverage and protection and have been tested against 52 chemotherapy drugs and fentanyl (resisting permeation for up to 240 minutes per ASTM D6978). These non-sterile gloves feature textured fingertips for enhanced grip and are ambidextrous. PURPLE NITRILE* gloves have an AQL of 1.0 for critical defects, exceeding ASTM standards, and meet or exceed ASTM D6319 and biocompatibility standards.
