DeRoyal Open Patella Knee Support 2XL NE7702-76

The DeRoyal NE7702-76 is a 2X-large open patella knee support. It is constructed from ⅛” neoprene, providing warmth, compression, and support to the knee joint. The open patella design enhances patient comfort and reduces pressure on the kneecap. This model may be available with an optional oval pad for additional patellar protection. It’s also offered in either neoprene or a breathable Tri-tex™ construction (without the pad).   

INDICATIONS: This knee support is indicated for various conditions, including:

• Grade I collateral ligament sprain   
• Knee sprains and strains   
• Osteoarthritis
• Mild joint effusion   
• Baker’s cyst   
• Bursitis
• Tendonitis

For proper sizing, it is recommended to measure the circumference of the thigh 6 inches above the mid-patella (kneecap).
